The price includes:
rent, linen and towels, warm and cold water, heating, electricity, tax and final clearing.

The apartment will be rent normaly from Saturday to Saturday. On the day of arrival, the apartments will be available after 1.00 p.m. On the day of departures, apartments must be vacated by 09.00 a.m.

Only reservations with a confirmations deposit are binding. We regret not to return deposits in case of cancellation. In case of late arrivals or early departures the price of the booked period will be charged.

We remind you that as from 01.01.2014 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments per person and per day.
